Nuclear vs. Nucular

George W. Bush has made many remarks that have raised the eyebrows of those who overheard them .One of his most famous is his mispronunciation of the word "nuclear". His pronuncuation was "nu-cu-lar." This is a parody making fun of the president's not so smart moment. It was not meant to change a point of view, only prove the point that the president is not the brightest of us all.
