This piece is a satirical piece. It displays a 5-day forecast for terrorism, as well as an argument for its purpose. The whole idea behind terrorism is that it can strike anywhere at anytime. So to have an outlook for the week on how we feel the terrorists will play out is simply an irony. This could be targeting the government's handling on terrorism and trying to prove a point that it needs to better deal with the problem.
